Employee
salaries are based on an education, experience, and performance. DataSoft
strives to keep salaries and the total compensation package available
to an employee competitive within the current marketplace. Performance
reviews are held annually.
Payroll

DataSoft does not predetermine yearly allocations for personal business
and sick time. We offer a liberal policy of "use them when you
need them." Prior management notification and approval
is requested for personal business absences.
Hours
DataSoft's
normal business hours are 8:00-4:30 PDT.
However, individual hours may vary due to
individual or business needs pending prior approval by management.
Relocation
DataSoft
does offer assistance with relocation costs. The amount of one's
relocation package is determined upon number of personal and business
factors and can be discussed at the time that an employment offer is made.
