DataSoft Corporation is pleased to announce Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capability in its Thunder Software Defined Radio (SDR) system. The newly integrated interface supports 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v4.0 for additional flexibility over the existing USB, Ethernet, and Gigabit Ethernet data and control interfaces. The Thunder SDR waveform development and test system is a wide-band, high performance baseband and RF platform. The open source Linux-based environment, fast-start templates, and reference waveform implementation reduces cost and time-to-market for waveform and application development. Thunder’s variety of functionality, high performance, and optional Software Probes for validating waveform and platform data significantly enhances productivity and success for developers.
