Scenario Automation Tool for Radio Networks (SATRN) ™
Radio Lab Automation (RLA)™

Supporting repeatable, automated, scenario-driven radio verification and characterization in the test lab environment.

Please click on the following links for Flash demonstrations of SATRN RLA's key features. After viewing your selection, you can return to this window to choose another.

Scenario Design - User interface for design of simulation scenarios consisting of mobile players and scripted events.

Dynamic Pathloss Calculation - SATRN RLA uses configurable pathloss models to automatically and dynamically determine the pathloss between nodes based on their simulated mobility, and interfaces to programmable attenuators to control RF attenuation between radios in a lab environment.

Manual and Scripted Attenuation Control - User-specified attenuation controls can be scheduled to execute at a particular simulation time, or manually by the user as the scenario runs.

Scripted Unicast Traffic Control - Scripted unicast traffic controls for automated instantiation of unicast (one-to-one) IP traffic flows between radios in the network.

Scripted Multicast Traffic Control Scripted multicast traffic controls for automated instantiation of multicast (one-to-many) IP traffic flows between radios in the network.

Scripted Power Control - Scripted power controls for bringing radios up and down at specified times during scenario execution.
