Privacy Policy

DataSoft Corporation built the Automatic Injury Detection app as a commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by DataSoft at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our SERVICE.

Information Collection and Use

Automatic Injury Detection has the ability to collect the IMEI number for your phone but it's only for the option of sending emergency notifications to a server you specify. We do not collect, retain or use any personal information of any kind.

The user may enter login credentials to a Google Firebase SERVICE but it is used only to connect the user to the service. The login credentials can be permanently deleted by the user.

Non-personal information also passes through the SERVICE including the device information (e.g. MAC address, label, firmware version, etc.) and anonymous information that is used to connect the user to the SERVICE. Additional information is passed through the SERVICE when the user activates an emergency on the device including the time at which it was activated and location data (e.g. latitude, longitude, altitude, velocity, and direction). As with all data, the emergency data is sent through the SERVICE to only devices that the user has specified.

We do not use the information for any purpose nor do we disclose the information to any other party.

Log Data

We do not collect data and information on your phone.
