New SideBridge Elbit Module for PNR-1000 Radio Launched by DataSoft
Tempe, Ariz., July 16, 2019 – DataSoft launched and completed the first delivery of a customized SideBridge Elbit module that fits directly to the side of the Elbit PNR-1000 Radio. SideBridge Elbit eliminates cables by providing a secure Bluetooth or WiFi connection between the radio and an End-User-Device (e.g. smartphone, tablet). Multiple users can connect to one radio and easily transmit or receive data on the radio network for use within their tactical applications.
The SideBridge Elbit module is a slim, rugged, metal enclosure with a long-range wireless antenna and waterproof USB port. The module includes a button that, when pressed, allows the user to pair their EUD to the SideBridge Elbit for up to one minute.
